Hand held PU foam

Manual PU Foam with high insulation values (thermal and acoustic). Excellent bond to almost all surfaces. Suitable for a wide range of filling and fixing applications, fills cavities, seals openings in roof constructions and creates acoustic screens. Free of CFC's and HCFC's. Low emission value once fully cured. Available in aerosol cans in 300ml, 500ml and 750ml.

Instructions

  • Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Put the adapter on the valve. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. For non-conventional substrates a preliminary adhesion test is recommended. Remove pressure from the applicator to stop. Fill holes and cavities for 1/3, as the foam will expand. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Gun & Foam cleaner or acetone. Prior to using the Gun & Foam cleaner, test whether surfaces are affected or not. Especially plastics and lacquer or paint layers can be sensitive to this. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU Remover.
